Nearly 30 years ago, Baker moved from Boston to pursue a dream of entrepreneurship in California. He brings nearly forty years of sales, marketing, engineering and technology experience to CCS and is the driving force behind the company's pursuit of innovative strategies in the industry. CCS was one of the earliest developers and champions of cloud-based card access control, establishing a national leadership position in this dynamic market. This innovative security solution is now recognized as the most impactful change in the access control industry in the last 40 years. Baker's leadership remains focused on innovative, value-driven managed services and key vertical markets within the commercial security space — Class-A property management and Life Sciences — coupled with a commitment to ensuring win-win partnerships with customers, employees and manufacturer-partners.
Chief Operating Officer
Ken contributes over 40 years of experience in the security industry as a technician, system engineer and manager. He was an integral part of CCS' commitment to managed security services and single-handedly designed the Remote Managed Services department that currently supports over 5,000 remotely managed card readers. Ken's focus on quality and accountability throughout the organization helps assure that all areas of operations reflect the company's commitment to deliver premium quality and customer satisfaction — every day. His deep knowledge of the security space and insistence on persistent improvement are among the many reasons CCS leads regional integrators in customer service and satisfaction.
